• Dealing with difficult people ( using Transactional Analysis ) – The aim of this programme is to enable you through increased knowledge and awareness to improve or develop positive  working relationships with colleagues, or staff in personal relationships.
• Interactive Skills – How to communicate more effectively using detailed behaviour analysis of verbal interactions within groups. The course will cover:-

  This training will enable your teams to resolve conflict and work more effectively.
• Smokey Joe Training – An innovative smoking cessation training course for group facilitators using Narrative Therapy. The attendees will be able to set up and deliver smoking cessation programmes. This highly successful programme has been used by NHS and researched by Edinburgh University.
• Drugs of Abuse Testing – This course is for organisations who wish to have their own staff trained to be able to carry out drug and alcohol testing. We also supply all the necessary equipment to facilitate testing within your organisation.
• Stress Management and Awareness – This course is for individuals, teams and organisations, it is designed in such a way that stress can be used in a positive framework
• Storytelling – This training will develop individuals to use storytelling as part of a therapy process or to enhance presentation skills.
• Supervision – A course designed for anyone who has to manage or supervise staff so that they can provide positive feedback and improve performance
